“Happening Bar” swinger clubs in Tokyo
Happening bars are basically what swinger clubs are called in Tokyo. There are a lot of them. They are all different but they share some features. Usually there’s a locking door. Behind that there’s an actual bar with a lounge character. Either beside or below that there’s usually some “play rooms” where people can get busy. In some bars they can get busy in the bar itself too. It all depends.
Most sex shops in Tokyo don’t allow foreigners. The swinger clubs are surprising in that a lot of them are more open to the idea. In some they only take people who can speak at least a little Japanese. Others take people even if they speak no Japanese at all as long as everything else is in order.
Not only that but a lot of the happening bar swinger clubs in Tokyo actually accept single guys. That’s a lot different than other swinger clubs around the world which usually only allow couples and single women. Sometimes they accept select single guys on certain nights but it’s rare. In Tokyo some places will let single guys in any day of the week.
The bad thing about the single guy acceptance policy is that some happening bars can look like sausage factories. It’s not always true though. It might not even be normally true. I’ve been in some happening clubs in Tokyo and none of them were ever overflowing with dudes. They were usually empty or balanced pretty well between ladies and guys.
Bliss Out
Bliss Out is one of the most famous happening bars in Tokyo. They accept single guys and foreigners. Two of the people who work there speak English fluently and they don’t seem to have a problem with non-Japanese people at all with the possible exception of one grisly looking bartender.
Anyway, Bliss Out is in Kabukicho. It doesn’t have a sign and it’s literally underground. It’s still not that tough to find though. It’s just around the corner from the over hyped Robot Cafe where people pay to watch chicks dressed like Transformers put on some kind of weird song and dance routine.
You have to be a member to get into Bliss Out, but becoming a member is as easy as pie. You just fill out a sheet with a name and phone number and that’s it. They don’t confirm any of the information on the sheet so I’m not sure what the purpose of it even is.
Membership costs 5000 Yen for a single guy. After that you pay 3000 Yen every day you come but you get unlimited drinks at the bar so it’s not a bad deal. Plus you have the chance of banging some dude’s hot wife in front of him.
Inside Bliss Out has a bar with a lounge. Downstairs is a huge blacked out basement with a big play room and a smaller play room. There are peeping booths all around the playrooms so people can see in to check out the action.
Bliss Out gets pretty busy some nights. You see Japanese and foreign chicks. There are more foreign guys than chicks though. People are cool and easy to talk to. Other nights you go and it looks pretty dead.
Olive 21 and others
Olive 21 is another happening bar in Tokyo. It gets at least as busy as Bliss Out. They also do the membership thing and the form is in Japanese, so anyone who doesn’t speak the language would have a hard time unless they brought a Japanese chick.
Olive 21 supposedly doesn’t allow single guys inside, but when you go in you see dudes who don’t look attached to any of the women. So I don’t know what’s going on there. It can be a real party atmosphere though.
They aren’t as friendly to foreigners at Olive 21 but they don’t seem to have a problem with gaijin either. Some of the chicks are really into non-Japanese dudes and some of the Japanese guys who bring their girls seem to get off on seeing a foreigner pound them out.
There are two more swinger clubs in Tokyo. One is 9259 in Shinjuku. The other is Olive21. I was only in 9259 once. I saw a middle aged fat guy dressed up in women’s clothing with his dong hanging out. I talked to a chubby chick at the bar too. But it wasn’t really “happening” at the time so I moved on. I would have to return to make a better judgement on the place.
total BS! 3000 y3n LOL it costs 130 USD approximately per visit after membership fee for single men. The satff doesnt speak any English and if you cant speak any Japanese you most likely wont be able to play. Bliss out is much more expensive and by posting this you are putting people in danger of being arrested
Olive 21 is NOT A HAPPENING bar its a couples kissa a totally different animal. No singles allowed!
案ずるより産むが易し。
Can you be more detailed about what happened when you went in? Did you fuck some Japanese MILFs? That’s surprising that they’re welcoming of foreigners in there. Does everyone just walk around naked? Male and female? Sounds fun.
I’ve already written about swingers clubs for single guys.
